These terms apply to your use of the website synermax2u.com.my and to quotations and orders placed with Synermax Resources ("we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. About this website

This website gives information about our products and services, including pallets, wooden crates, stretch film, shrink film, silica gel and packing services. Product descriptions, photos and sizes are for guidance only and may differ slightly from what is supplied.

2. Quotations

Prices are not shown on the website. We give a written quotation after you tell us the product, size and quantity. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. If none is stated, please confirm with us before ordering.

3. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing, including by email or WhatsApp. Payment terms are stated in the quotation or the invoice. We may ask for payment or a deposit before we start work, especially for made-to-order and custom-size items.

4. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and depend on stock, production and transport. We will tell you as early as we can about any delay. Please check the goods on delivery and tell us about any shortage or damage as soon as possible.

5. Custom and made-to-order items

Custom pallets, crates and packing are made to the size and details you confirm. Please check the details carefully before you approve them. Custom items may not be returnable once production has started.

6. Returns and claims

If goods are wrong or defective, contact us promptly with your order details and photos. We will review the claim and, where it is valid, arrange a replacement or another fair solution.

7. Our responsibility

We take care to supply goods and services of good quality. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods or services concerned. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law.

8. Using the website

Please do not misuse the website, send spam through the contact form, or try to damage or interfere with it. The text, images and design on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking us first.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
